Research is something that excites me. My main domain of research is theoretical Deep Learning, with applications in reinforcement learning. I have been lucky to have had a wide exposure to the various applications of machine learning. I have developed a novel clustering algorithm which surpasses the existing methods, I have worked with natural language processing developing a metric for quantifying intelligence of chat bots. In the field of computer vision I have worked on image stitching and camera calibration for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and on recognizing ‘bad’ radio telescopes in the HERA cluster at Berkeley. More recently I am working on introducing context to chat agents in form of knowledge graph, this project is supported by google research.
I have also worked in the domain of Human Computer Interaction as part of the Stanford Crowd Research Collective. Working with Dr Michael Bernstein we have published two papers on Daemo, the new age crowd sourcing platform.
